Everything you are seeing and interpreting has nothing to do with what actually is!

We can see this through the concepts of Truth and Universal Truth.
Let’s start with universal truth: Universal truth is an absolute truth. Something that we know for a fact without any doubt. An example of this would be gravity.

If the law of gravity was not an absolute truth we could not stand or be still.

This is an absolute truth and it can be understood.

Truth on the other hand can vary for each person.

For example the concept of beauty changes from one person to the next.

It’s not an absolute truth without any doubt.

So when you are looking at something you can ask yourself:

Do I know this to be an absolute universal truth?

If it’s not there may be many truths behind what you are looking at.

Thankfully, there is absolute truth, and it can be found and understood.

As a result, everything you are seeing and interpreting may have nothing to do with reality or with what actually is.
